AeroNaut Falko Motor set
In order to turn our model Falko (order no. 1116/00) into a fully-fledged electric glider, we offer the complete drive set. This was developed specifically for the model. The authentic wooden structure is reminiscent of the engine mounts for Cox engines from earlier years. The construction was designed in such a way that the engine mount can be inserted between the wings using a special root rib and can thus be assembled and disassembled without affecting the center of gravity.
The controller and battery are housed in the fuselage of the flight model. When converting to pure gliding operation, these components remain in the fuselage, which means that you can react quickly to changing slope wind conditions, for example. The drive set was deliberately designed with a rigid propeller based on the earlier models with combustion engines. When gliding, the rigid propeller has hardly any noticeable effects. Alternatively, of course, folding propellers can also be mounted.
The set consists of a kit for the motor mount made of lasered wooden parts, an actro-n 28-4-880 brushless motor, actrocon 30 controller, CAMcarbon Light-Prop 9×4.5″.
A 3S LiPo with 1300-2400 mAh is recommended as the drive battery (not included).
